1. Assistant Accountant
Job Description
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with tax laws and other regulations (e.g ZRA returns, NAPSA returns)
- Helping with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data
- Managing customer invoices and following up on overdue accounts
- Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to suppliers
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in any Business studies
- Age 20yrs - 30yrs
- Mpika or Willing to Stay in Mpika
2. IT technician
Job Description
Overseeing the technology systems and ensuring they function efficiently to support the store's operations ( point-of-sale (POS) systems, computers, scanners, printers, CCTV Cameras)
- Overseeing the store’s network connectivity, including Wi-Fi and internet access.
- Maintaining and upgrading hardware and software as needed.
- Invertory Update, including creating and updating bar codes of products.
- Evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve operations and customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma any IT or any related computer studies course
- Age 20yrs - 30yrs
- Mpika or Willing to Stay in Mpika
3. Marketing Agent
Job Description
- Managing marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g Facebook page)
- Creating and implementing marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Identifying target audiences and positioning the brand effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in IT / Business studies or any other program related to Marketing.
- Age 20yrs - 30yrs
- Willing to Stay in Mpika or nearby places
- Experience in marketing or customer service
